RETURNS & CLAIMS
For return shipment call RPW USA for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) that will be issued over the phone. Mark RMA# on the outside of the package and send freight prepaid to:

All returns received without the correct RMA will be returned to the customer at their expense. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the vehicle, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned unless found to be defective. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from RPW USA, i.e., if you bought it at a dealership, you must return it to that dealership. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by RPW USA, then RPW USA will reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service 1st Class shipping expense. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice. |
